At The Circle Bakery, a bread bakery serving Brownsburg, Zionsville, and Indianapolis, I believe that every moment deserves to be celebrated with good food. That's why I'm dedicated to making the best baked goods around, and ensuring you're receiving high quality items for your family and guests.

Standard pricing for each category is listed below, when we discuss your custom order, I will let you know if there are any price breaks available for the quantity of items being ordered.
Sourdough Breads
$10-$14
Artisan sourdough loaves made with The Circle Bakery's Indianapolis grown sourdough starter, Beatrice. A minimum of 6 loaves per flavor is required for a custom order outside of a regular weekly menu and pickup window. Also, an additional cutting fee will be added if slicing is requested.
Original Sourdough Loaf - A mild, tangy sourdough bite with a great crust.
Chocolate Chip Sourdough Loaf - The original sourdough loaf with semisweet chocolate chips mixed throughout.
Cinnamon Swirl Sourdough Loaf - Swirls of warm cinnamon flavor and brown sugar sweetness inside of the original sourdough loaf.
Cranberry Pecan Sourdough Loaf - Sweet and chewy cranberries combined with chopped pecans mixed throughout chewy sourdough makes the perfect bite.
Double Chocolate Sourdough Loaf - I describe it as brownie in bread form; a chocolate sourdough loaf with chocolate chips throughout.
Everything Sourdough Loaf - The Original Sourdough loaf with house-made everything bagel seasoning baked into the crust.
Garlic Rosemary Sourdough Loaf - Roasted garlic and dried rosemary give this loaf a lovely flavor combo.
Pumpkin Spice Swirl Sourdough Loaf (seasonal) - Swirls of warm pumpkin pie spice and brown sugar sweetness inside of the original sourdough loaf.
Seeded Sourdough Loaf - A chewy, filling loaf with great texture from the mixture of seeds including pumpkin, sunflower, flax, hemp, sesame, and poppy along with rolled oats to give this loaf a hearty texture.
Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough Loaf - Spicy jalapeños and creamy cheddar cheese folded into the original sourdough loaf.
Cherry Chocolate Chip Sourdough Loaf - The original sourdough loaf with semisweet chocolate chips and tangy cherries mixed throughout.
Strawberry White Chocolate Sourdough Loaf (seasonal) - The original sourdough loaf with white chocolate chips and freeze dried strawberry pieces mixed throughout.
Asiago Black Pepper Sourdough Loaf - Flavorful Asiago cheese and black pepper folded into the original sourdough loaf.
Three Cheese Sourdough Loaf - A combination of asiago, parmesan, and parmesan cheeses folded into the original sourdough loaf.
Cheddar Chive Sourdough Loaf - Sharp cheddar cheese and freeze dried chives folded into the original sourdough loaf.
Pesto Parmesan Sourdough Loaf - Bold pesto and parmesan flavors make up this loaf.
Multigrain Sourdough Loaf - Made with 7-grain cereal that offers great nutrients and a depth of flavor.
Honey Oat Sourdough Loaf - A delicious loaf sweetened with honey and loaded with hearty oats for a great texture inside the loaf and a toasty crust on the outside.
Toasted Sesame Sourdough Loaf - Toasted sesame seeds bring out a nutty flavor in this sourdough loaf.
Soft Sandwich Sourdough Loaf - a minimal ingredient sandwich loaf that’s oh so soft
Cinnamon Swirl Soft Sandwich Sourdough Loaf - the sandwich loaf with cinnamon and brown sugar added in to make the perfect cinnamon toast.
Sourdough Flight Box - $25 - Treat someone to the gift of sourdough with the Sourdough Flight Box, all tied up with a sweet little bow! The Sourdough Flight Box includes four sample loaves of the given week's sourdough breads or your choice. There are quantity limits of choices for bulk orders. Minimum bulk order amount: 5 flight boxes
Sourdough Baguette - $6 - Minimum bulk order amount: 12 Baguettes
Sourdough Bread Bowls - $6 each / 2 for $10 - typically made in the original flavor, but can be made in any flavor requested. Minimum bulk order amount: 18 bread bowls or nine two packs of any single flavor.
*Items that are made with the Original Sourdough Loaf dough can be made in combination with each other to reach minimum bulk ordering requirements because they use the same base dough. These items include Original Sourdough Loaf, Cinnamon Swirl Sourdough Loaf, Everything Sourdough Loaf, Pumpkin Spice Swirl Sourdough Loaf (seasonal), Baguettes, Sourdough Bread Bowls.
Sourdough Focaccia
Half Loaves: $6-8 // Full Loaves: $11-14
Sourdough Focaccia is a bread with higher hydration that gives it a more open crumb and chewier texture. It’s baked in a pan of either olive oil (savory focaccias) or a combination of olive oil and butter (sweet focaccias) to give it a crispy crusty. There are different flavor combinations available, both savory and sweet:
Savory Focaccia:
Original Sourdough Focaccia - chewy interior and crispy outer crust with a slight, tangy flavor.
Italian Sourdough Focaccia - the original focaccia with our bold flavored, house-made Italian seasoning blend baked into the top. This one is a customer favorite and best seller!
Herb Sourdough Focaccia - chewy interior with herbs de Provence mixed throughout
Black Pepper Sourdough Focaccia - black pepper mixed throughout the chewy sourdough focaccia and a little bit of honey added for an extra depth of flavor.
Everything Sourdough Focaccia - the original focaccia with our house-made everything bagel seasoning blend baked into the top.
Garlic Rosemary Sourdough Focaccia - olive oil roasted garlic cloves and dried rosemary are mixed throughout this chewy sourdough focaccia.
Sweet Focaccia:
Cinnamon Swirl Sourdough Focaccia - ribbons of cinnamon and brown sugar are folded throughout the sourdough focaccia dough and a powdered sugar glaze is provided to drizzle on top.
Apple Butter Sourdough Focaccia (seasonal) - our house-made apple butter is folded throughout this slightly sweetened focaccia dough with a crumble topping and powdered sugar glaze for drizzling.
Strawberry Jam Sourdough Focaccia - organic strawberry jam is folded into this slightly sweetened focaccia dough and a powdered sugar glaze is included for drizzling making this sourdough focaccia reminiscent of a strawberry jam filled donut.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Sourdough Focaccia - a slightly sweetened and chewy sourdough focaccia with chunks of our brown butter chocolate chip cookie dough baked into it to form the perfect bites of chocolate chip cookies throughout the focaccia.
Lemon White Chocolate Sourdough Focaccia - perfectly tart from the lemon throughout the focaccia and in the powdered sugar glaze and sweet from the white chocolate chips, this sourdough focaccia is a treat!
Peach Cobbler Sourdough Focaccia (seasonal) - our house-made peach butter folded into a slightly sweet focaccia dough and topped with a crumbly cobbler topping make up this sourdough focaccia reminiscent of a peach cobbler, perfect for summertime.

Birthday Cake Cookie - perfectly soft and chewy and a fun, party version of the sugar cookie. It's filled with multicolor sprinkles and tastes like a birthday cake!
Brown Butter Chocolate Chip - The classic combination of brown butter and chocolate chips creates a flavor that is both comforting and indulgent.
Brownie - baked to perfection, resulting in a crunchy, crackly top and a soft and gooey texture that melts in your mouth.
Cookie Butter Brownies - The classic fudgy brownie with a Biscoff cookie crust on the bottom and cookie butter swirled on top.
Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies - The classic fudgy brownie with peanut butter swirled on top.
Pecan Brownies - The classic fudgy brownie with chopped pecans on top.

Pumpkin Bread $8/$9 - This Pumpkin Bread will captivate your taste buds with its warm and comforting flavors. The bread is full of cozy pumpkin flavor and comes in two options: original or topped with a crunchy and sweet cinnamon topping.
Banana Nut Bread $8 - Enjoy the classic comfort of Banana Nut Bread. This loaf is moist and full of bananas and pecans.
Sourdough Chocolate Muffin Bread $9 - soft and chocolatey with sourdough discard added in giving the loaf a depth of flavor and extra moisture.
Sourdough Lemon Poppyseed Bread $9 - bursting with zesty lemon flavor, dotted with poppyseeds, and has a depth of flavor from the sourdough. The lemon glaze offers a sweet and tart complement to the bread.
Granola

Handmade in small batches, this granola would be great as a thoughtful gift item or for a breakfast bar for the staff.
Honey Oat Granola - 6 oz bag - This Honey Oat Sourdough Granola made with wholesome oats and added rice cereal for crunch is enhanced with the natural sweetness of honey.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Granola - 7 oz bag - The classic combo of peanut butter and chocolate is the highlight of this granola! It's crunchy and packed with peanut butter flavor with a side of chocolatey goodness. *GF item made in a gluten friendly bakery.

White Chocolate Cranberry Granola - 7 oz bag - White Chocolate Sourdough Granola is made with wholesome oats and rice cereal for added crunch, then enhanced with the natural sweetness of honey, white chocolate drizzle and juicy cranberries round this granola out for a sweet and chewy combo. The sourdough starter is used as a binder allowing for this granola to have lower sugar and no preservatives or additives.

Payment is required to reserve pickup date and confirm order. Minimum order amount of 6 loaves required for sourdough orders. The Circle Bakery operates as a food certified cottage food establishment. This product is home produced and processed and the production area has not been inspected by the state department of health. NOT FOR RESALE.
