Sprinkle Pancake Mix

These sprinkle pancakes are fluffy and full of colorful sprinkles throughout the pancakes. The flavor if these reminds me of a classic diner style pancake and the sprinkles add a small amount of sweetness to the batter. The sprinkles melt evenly when cooked adding the perfect pops of color. Comes in a 14oz bag with directions included on the back. Makes 10-12 pancakes Directions: Combine 1 egg, 1.5 cups milk, 1 tsp vanilla, and 3 Tbsp melted butter in a medium bowl, whisk just until combined, then add 1 package of pancake mix. Cook 1/4 cup batter at a time (on preheated skillet/griddle) for 2-3 minutes, flip and cook 1-2 minutes more.
